Homestay is only available to students who will be at least 18 years old by their first day of Homestay.

For those traveling to Philadelphia

Shortly before arrival, students will be provided with the address and contact information for their host. Students can arrange for taxi, uber service from the airport to the host’s home. Another option is to schedule limo service in advance. We recommend limo service for late night, pre-dawn arrivals.

Students pay the first 28 days upon arrival at their hosts home ($33 per night/$924). When you are rested, your host will arrange for a zoom call with the Right at Home Director. This call consists of a brief orientation and the signing online of the Homestay Agreement.

For those already living in Philadelphia

If you are already living in Philadelphia, we will try to accommodate your preferred move-in date.

Students may renew their homestay month to month. If students choose to leave before the date provided on their application, they must give the host two weeks notice.

Note: For stays shorter than 28 days, the fee is $35 per night
